KOKO is an AI-powered mental wellness platform that provides:

• Mental health support and guidance
• Emotional wellness tracking and analytics

• Crisis support and emergency resources

Important Notice: KOKO is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for serious mental health concerns.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use KOKO
• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent

Acceptable Use

You agree to use KOKO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
• Share inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the KOKO platform
• Use the service to harm yourself or others

Subscription and Payment

Billing

• KOKO operates on a subscription basis with credit card billing
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to KOKO until your subscription expires
• Account data may be deleted 30 days after cancellation

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use KOKO will cease immediately, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the KOKO platform. Your continued use of KOKO after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KOKO operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
